Parece que empieza a llegar el buen tiempo y quisimos disfrutar de estos ansiados rayos de sol, por lo que decidimos hacer una ficha de nuestro libro de «Patosa» todos juntos en el patio del cole.
Nos encantó trabajar en un espacio y ambiente distintos y así pudimos observar el clima, temperatura y hablar sobre las estaciones y los cambios meteorológicos a la vez que repasamos letras y números.
Esta semana los niños y niñas de la clase de 4 años B hemos ido de excursión a la biblioteca municipal de Aluche Ángel González.
Allí pudimos escuchar y participar en la historio del Gallo Kiriko y disfrutar de toda la variedad de historias que encierran los cuentos.
¡Nos ha encantado! Estamos deseando aprender a leer para poder volver y leer nosotros mismos los cuentos.
Triangle, circle and square. Those are the shapes we know and we can draw, name, and classify. We decorated them and then, we created a big mural so everybody can see what we have learnt.
Childreen helped each other and enjoyed a lot. It was a beautiful activity all together.
Winter is here and we want to be ready for the cold days, that’s why we need to learn some winter clothes! This week we have learnt what a mitten is, and how different is to wear mittens and gloves.
Each team has created his own winter landscape and mittens and here you have the results.

Este jueves, los niños y niñas de 4 años hemos disfrutado de una mañana llena de sorpresas y nuevas aventuras en el Museo de Ciencias Naturales de Madrid.
Allí nos hemos convertido en niños cavernícolas, hemos cazado, cocinado, y vivido como auténticos prehistóricos.
También hemos podido pasear por todas las salas del Museo descubriendo un montón de animales, fósiles, esqueletos y hasta dinosaurios en 3D.
This week we discovered the classic toy Mr Potato Head. This toy is new for all, so we are very excited and looking forward to see what can we do and learn with this.
We have been playing with all the little pieces, in the circle time first, and then in groups. We have reviewed the vocabulary we already know, and we have learnt new words.
We also practiced new skills like grasping skills, play skill, pre-writing and pre-reading skills, cognitive skills, language comprehension and language expression.
Kids were very motivated to create their own and weird Mr Potato, so you can see here their creations. It was very funny.

5 Little Pumpkins sitting on a gate
Esta semana hemos tenido una sorpresa muy especial, nuestro amigo Edward, el paleontólogo, nos ha enviado un paquete sorpresa, ¡imaginaros lo nerviosos que nos hemos puesto!
Al abrirlo hemos descubierto unos huesos, enormes, pesados y muy muy duros.
Creemos que son de dinosaurio, ¿serán de alguna excavación que haya por aquí cerca?
As you know, our first project this year will be to learn as much as we can about the Prehistoric humans. We are all very motivated and looking forward to discoverd everything about caves, dinosaurs, tools, cave paintings, animals, fossils, fire, clothes…
We are in contact with the archeologist Edward, and he is sending us all the information he knows about the first human beings.
This week, we have started to decorated our own prehistoric cave using our hands, paints and crayons, trying to imitated the way they used to paint their cave walls in the Prehistory.
